  • Ingredients Vegan butter
    • 300g Olive oil
    • 22g Glice Emul SOC CHEF
  • Ingredients Crumble
    • 50g Flour (free-gluten diet: cassava flour SOC CHEF)
    • 50g Almond flour
    • 50g Panela SOC CHEF
    • 50g Vegan butter

Process

  • Heat the olive oil with the Glice Emul SOC CHEF at 60ºC
  • Let it get cold in fridge 60 minutes
  • Mix the dry ingredients
  • Add the vegan butter and integrate it
  • Cook it about 20 minutes at 140ºC
