  • Ingredients
    • 300g olive oil
    • 22g Glice Emul SOC CHEF
    • 90g Tomato powder SOC CHEF
    • Freeze-dried corn

Process

  • Heat the olive oil with the Glice Emul SOC CHEF to 60ºC
  • Let it get cold in fridge aprox. 6' minutes
  • Add the sieved tomato powder SOC CHEF, dosify and let it rest 30 minutes
  • Finish the eleboration with freeze dried corn
