Mix of emulsifier and stabilizer for ice cream.
It adds volume and structure to the ice cream for a longer time.

Properties:
Emulsifier, stabilizer for ice cream made with milk.
It gives volume and stability to ice creams and reduces thermal shock.

Mode of use:
Mix with a part of the sugar and/or dry matter, then add to the liquids.

Technical note:
Stir well before pasteurization.

Recommended dosage: 5 - 6 g/kg.
