Description


Gelatin leaf of animal origin (pork).

Origin:
Animal origin, 100% pork.

Properties:
200 Bloom.
Sheets to be hydrated.

Mode of use:
Classic pastry gelling agent that needs a hydration time in very cold water.
Leave the gelatine sheets to soak into water for 5-7 minutes. Remove and gently squeeze out the excess of water.
Once your mixture is ready, let it cool for at least 4 hours to get a perfect gellyfication.

Technical note:
If its hydration time is not respected, the gel has an irregular strength.

Recommended dosage: 12 sheets for L.
