pH regulator (in combination with citric acid) in food and beverages.
Emulsifier. Antioxidant.
Emulsified fat stabiliser, used in the cheese industry.

Mode of use:
Dissolve cold in aqueous medium and mix with hand blender.

Technical note:
The dosage may vary depending on the pH and the applications.

Recommended dosage: 0,5 g to 5 g per L.
