Properties:
To make spherifications together with Alginate, creating a gel with firmer consistency.

Mode of use:
Dissolve cold in aqueous medium and mix using a hand blender.
It allows to get spherifications with a saline touch.

Technical note:
Essential ingredient to make spherifications.
Calcium-based bath admits freezing.
The spheres do not support freezing.

Recommended dosage: 5 g to 10 g per L.
