  • Ingredients
    • 50g of pure hazelnut paste
    • 50g Maltosec SOC CHEF
    • 5g olive oil
    • 5g salt

Process

  • Add the Mattosec to the pure hazelnut paste
  • Mix de products
  • Add the salt
  • Add the olive oil
  • Mix de products
  • Put in a tray in the form of dust
  • Take to the oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes
