    • 75g SOC CHEF Preparation for warm custard
    • 1L Milk
    • 200g Sugar
    • 80g Egg yolk

How to use

  • Dilute SOC Chef Preparation for warm custard with milk.
  • Then, add sugar and egg yolk and bring to a boil during 2 minutes removing the mix.
  • Feel free to add the aroma of your choice.
