Basic spherification yogurt

  • Ingredients
    • 200g Greek yogurt
    • 45g Simply syrup
    • 5g Alginat SOC CHEF
    • 1000g Bottled water

Process

  • Mix the water and the Alginat SOC CHEF
  • Mix the simply syrup with the yogurt
  • Dosify the yogurt in the spoon and let it jelly about 30 seconds
  • Clean the spheric using bottled water and dry the excess of water
