    • SOC CHEF Marron glacé, made of chestnuts from the latest
      harvest from Galicia, in the North West of Spain.
      This area is covered with chestnut trees.
      Each chestnut is individually candied, following a long process lasting more than 200 hours resulting in a thin and subtle glaze, and a nice texture

Once they are processed, our marron glacé are placed one by one on a small carton base before being wrapped with gold paper.
