This product is obtained from fresh tomatoes, previously selected.
After that, it takes place the concentration of the tomato paste obtained under vacuum conditions and finally, powder is obtained by drying.
Vegetable powder is a natural ingredient, highly concentrated and easy to incorporate into your recipes (dry matter).
