Maltodextrina made of very thin Tapioca that dissolves in water, ideal way for absorbing the oil.

Origin:
Vegetable, tapioca.

Properties:
Keeps the crunchiness of biscuits for longer.
Absorbs fats.

Mode of use:
Ideal for giving fat-based products a dry solid texture, i.e. olive oil, hazelnut paste, ...
Mix with the rest of dry ingredients.

Technical note:
Mix manually with a spatula.
Dissolution in water and oily solution.
Can be heated and dehydrated.
Huge power of absorption in products containing fat.
In some applications it supports freezing.

Recommended dosage: 100 g to 650 g per kg.
