PEARLY GOLD FOOD COLOR SPRAY 250ml

Gold pearl effect food grade colouring spray.

Applications:
To give a glossy gold finish to all your pastry, confectionery and baked products.

Mode of use:
Before using leave the spray at 25°C for at least 2 hours. Shake well before use.
Spray a thin and uniform layer being at a distance of 25/30 cm from the surface.
The recommended setting-time before consumption is 4 hours.

Maximum dosage: 3 g of product (equal to aprox. 2 sec. of spraying) on 1 Kg of product to be decorated. Free from E171.
