Organic dehydrated seaweeds at low temperature to preserve its nutritional properties.
Seaweeds harvested by hand in its natural environment in French Brittany.
Crustacean flavor.
It may contain small natural materials of marine origin and traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish.

Mode of use:
Preparation: by immersing in water with a little salt for 5 minutes.
Once rehydrated, it increases its dry weight by 4 times.
Cooking time: 5-10 minutes, to be added in soups, custards, sauces and as a side dish of meat and fish.
