CANDIED ORANGE PEEL CUBES 5kg

Candied orange peel cubes in 6 x 6 mm, orange colour and firm texture, sweet taste, characteristic of the product.
We use only three varieties of Valencia oranges (Spain) strictly selected for the quality of their skin.
After a slow vacuum candying process (20 days), we get a fruit candied with reduced sensation of sweetness.

Applications:
Great for dipping in chocolate, chocolate coatings, as an ingredient in bars and nougats, in sponge cakes, financiers, muffins, etc., for decorating cakes and ice creams, etc.
